Daily inspection process
1. observe whether the surface of the battery array is clean, remove dust and dirt in time, rinse with clean water or wipe with a clean cloth, but do not use chemical reagents to clean it, check whether the array has wires falling off, etc.
2. pay attention to the appearance of all equipment, such as corrosion and damage, touch the equipment shell with the back of your hａnd to check for temperature abnormalities, check the exposed wires for insulation aging, mechanical damage, and whether there is water in the box.
3. check if there are other conditions such as small animals intruding on the equipment.
4. whether there is any abnormal noise in the operation of the equipment, and whether there is any peculiar smell in the operating environment, if any, the cause should be found out, and effective measures should be taken immediately to solve it. if a serious abnormal situation is found, in addition to immediately cutting off the power supply and taking effective measures, it is also necessary to report to the relevant personnel and make records at the same time.
5. observe whether the battery shell is deformed or cracked, and whether there is liquid leakage. whether the charging and discharging conditions are good, and whether the charging current is appropriate. whether the ambient temperature and ventilation are good, and keep the room clean, and whether there is dirt and dust on the outside of the battery.
