应用实例
图片为成年小鼠肺组织，用6%正常山羊血清预包埋，并用抗大鼠ttf-1兔血清（1:2000稀释）染色。通过dab（黑色）观察ttf-1，并用核快红（粉红色）复染。放大倍数10倍。
